Third class watches and support
I have purchased a watch, within 3 days, the pasting of hours symbol came out. When contacted, they refused to take back and not even ready to pay repair charges. they are crooks and a third class man. They said that they will adjust repair charges if you purchase another watch from them. They will not reply to your messages once any issue occurs. No guarantee and no warranty, only verbal assurance. Be aware of these crooks.

I went in to get a new watch strap two weeks agoI was sold one for nearly $I left the next day on an overseas trip and the strap fell apart the day after my arrivalI emailed the store advising them of this and so on my return I went to the store to ask for a replacementI was refused and told to go see a cobbler who could perhaps stitch the strapPoor customer service, pushy saleswomanI left and told them they had lost a customer for good and hope you pay heed should you wish to purchase something there

awesome servicethey oil sprayed both of my trucks and did a great job and use a great product and at a fair price

Exceptional work and customer service This place is an absolute treasure, the technicians do excellent work, and the service and repairs are second to none I've been a customer approximately years and am always treated with warmth and great respect If it matters to me, it matters to them I won't take my watches for service or repair anywhere else, and highly recommend them

I appreciated the very helpful and attentive service that My wife and I received recently when shopping for a used watch for our daughter at The Watch Clinic. It's the kind of place and personable service that is rare these days.
