We submitted this refund in full to the buyer's credit card company for refundHowever, the buyer's credit card company rejected the refund because the transaction was too old to refundWe still want to refund this to the buyer, but the buyer has not replied to us from either the email or voice
mail we sent them requesting a PayPal address or address we can mail the checkWe contacted them again on November 13th with no responseI'm not sure what more we can do here unless the buyer answers us

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.WatchCo.com has my home address. It is the same as the original purchase order. Please send me a check. I am not contacting WatchCo.com directly anymore. I was never responded to, which is why I am going through the Revdex.com now. If WatchCo is telling the truth, why didn't they leave me a message when they claimed to have contacted me on Nov13? Call me again and leave a message of how to call back if you are serious about refunding me and honestly don't already have my address!Regards,

Since the buyer has stated he is refusing to contact us, we are forced to message the buyer through Revdex.com messaging. We again emailed the buyer and called them prior to this last message and were not able to get a hold of anyone, nor did we get a responseWe have submitted the email documentation to Revdex.com for proof and review. Since the buyer has now confirmed that the original shipping address from last year is still correct, we have sent out the refund check and consider this matter closed

I'm sorry you feel this way, but our website clearly states there is a different return policy for International Orders:***

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]After reviewing the business response, I contacted my credit card company to verify if Watchco.com's statement was true.  My credit card company representative told me that this was wholly untrue and one of the silliest things they have heard.  The credit card company will accept refunds at any time and for any reason.  The credit card company then offered to assist me in pursuing the refund from WatchCo.com since the credit card company will allow me to contest the purchase.Further, no contact was received on or around November 13th as the business response alleges.  No email was received.  If a phone call was made, no message was left. The business response is wholly unacceptable and proves one of two things about the business:  Either they are either misrepresenting facts or are not competent at processing refunds and handling customer service.  My contact details remain the same as they were at the time of purchase.  If they want to contact me, they have what they need.

I am very sorry that it has not come back yet. Unfortunately the part that needs to be installed is on back order with Casio as is the watch itself. As soon as we either get the repaired watch or a brand new watch from Casio, we will let you know ASAP. Thanks!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as the watch does get returned by the end of the year in new condition.

I would definitely NOT rely on this company or it's customer service. My international order by credit card for a Citizen watch, which was a Christmas present for my partner, failed to arrive for Christmas. I ordered online on 30 November 2013 and paid $15 first class post. The site stated a 6-9 working day average international delivery time. The company did not respond to my first email but sent an impersonal email just providing a US post tracking number in response to my second email. This was very useful as it clearly showed US post had not received the order until 11 December. The Watch Company Inc had sat on this order for over a week. I finally received the package on 30 December. No card to pick up from the post office, no signature needed, just left outside my front door on a busy road, a $275 watch! Allowing for Christmas and customs delays, this watch would have arrived in time and not spoiled Christmas morning if the Watch Co. had actually despatched it when they took my money.

Review: On August 28th, 2015, I brought a new watch ([redacted]) to The Watch Company in Appleton (a graduation gift for my son) to adjust the wrist band and to replace the factory battery. In addition to the wrist band adjustment, I purchased a new battery and the service to replace the battery. The lady at the store ended up to breaking the watch. She said she would send it in to get fixed, and ship it back within 6 to 8 weeks. We haven't received the watch yet. We've followed up once at the store and twice by email, and they always say its not fixed yet. It has been 12 weeks since the watch was damaged. Please help us with this issue.Desired Settlement: For the Casio Edifice watch to be returned in new, working condition, whether it be the repaired watch or a replacement of an identical watch

Regards,

Purchased a watch on December 12th via Internet, and I called their 1-800 number to verify the purchase and that the watch would arrive in time for Christmas. I was told yes that the watch would, in fact, arrive in time. No problem.

On December 23rd, I receive an email stating that the watch was out of stock. I called the 1-800 again and was told that on the web page where the watch was listed said "out of stock" and that I should have known that. Rude. When I placed the order (11 days earlier), put the watch in my cart, proceeded to checkout with my credit card number, then received an invoice via email with an Order # verifying my purchase. Seems that you cannot place an item in a cart for purchase if it is out of stock.

Very shady business dealings, and I do not recommend doing business with them.

I sent my watch in for repair because of a cracked face. They said they would keep me updated on the status of my watch which was very true. They continued to let me know what the cost would be and how long it would take to get it back. I would highly recommend this company to anybody!

Watch came in beautiful box, got to Australia within 7 business days. Very happy, looked exactly like picture.

Review: Ordered a watch from this company. It arrived and was not how it was shown on the website so I ordered a second watch that I thought would be suitable. When the second watch came, it was not to the standard I thought it would be so decided to let my husband decide which of the two he would like. He chose the first as it was better than the second. I called the company about returning it and was told that as long as it was in the original box and hadn't been altered in any way, that I had 365 days to return it. This was also clearly marked on the invoice that I received with the watch.

I asked if I needed a return number and was told no, so I took the person's name and wrote that on the slip and returned the watch.

They have sent it back to me saying that I only had 30 days to return it and that there would be a $15.00 charge as well. Their claim is that I ordered it through Amazon and that those are their conditions. Firstly, I ordered the second watch directly from the company and not through Amazon and there is no where on the receipt that claims a different set of terms for International orders which they are claiming it states on their website. I have just gone to their website and it too states "365 day Hassle Free Returns".

I can't believe that they received my returned watch in good form and that they took the time and money to repackage it and ship it back to me.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back plus all the shipping charges. What a mistake I made in dealing with them.
