Review: Dear Sir/Madam,,

On March 12th, 2015, I gave my car to the valet parking of Water Club Hotel. When I picked up my car on next day, I suddenly found the car seat adjustment button was damaged by their rude treatment. Obviously, the seat had been back and down, because the seat was not in the initial condition I gave them. I am the driver, so I can clearly feel the seat status. And in that situation, I could not drive my car home because the seat was uncomfortable for me.

The director of parking let me filled a form to submit a valet claim and let me go. I was so angry about his attitude towards me, I thought he ignored me just because I am an Asian student . I never saw a service person like him. He just gave the form to me and let me go!! The only words he left was “Call me after 5 business day.”. It’s hard to find a hotel to ask their customer to call them instead of contacting customer when they damaged the properties of customers.

On March 20th, 2015, I called him. He told me it was not their fault, because their are pictures showing the seat was not moved. It’s really ridiculous. I am totally sured the button was perfect when I gave my car to them. And they gave me the two pictures after a whole day. It’s so funny that it could not get any results. However, they denied their responsibility depending on the two irrelevant pictures, which only show the staff drove my car without the initial condition when I gave them. The most important is they didn’t give an official report and call me to apologize.

If they keep this unconcerned attitude towards the “small” case, how they be able to deal with the big case? If they keep this arrogant attitude towards their customers, how they bully the other customers like me? If they still adopt this Irresponsible solution to their customers, how they call themselves a prestigious hotel in atlantic city?

[redacted]Desired Settlement: They damaged it, so they need to repair it as I gave them. I paid the resort fee to the hotel, paid the parking fee to parking lot and tipped the staff who helped me, why could I not ask for the reasonable repairing fee because they damaged it. They still could not give me reasonable explanation and apologize.
