A check was issued for $400 to the customer over 12 days ago with explaination letter enclosed that the advertised difference on our brochure is $300 and they were given an extra $100 ..... totalling $400
This is an oversight on our part. A check will be issued immediately and mailed.... I am terribly sorry for any problems this has caused....
Reverse Osmosis on back order... will be installed in the next 5 days.... old unit is full of concreteed salt and weights over 400 lbs. We tried on 2 different occassions to remove it and was unsucessful. I will make arrangements to somehow get it removed.
Review: 2 water softeners were purchased by my 92 year old father. One for him and one for myself. During the presentation, it was made clear that the old softener would be removed. Numerous phone calls have been made to have the unit removed and now we are being told that it is too heavy and there is no way it can be removed from the premises. The new units were purchased in September and to this date the old unit remains in the garage. The owner states he will get back to me on how to resolve this issue but the matter still is unresolved. Additionally, the second unit my father purchased was for me. It was promptly installed. After a week, the owner contacted me to ask how I liked the unit. I told him I wasn't as happy with it as I thought I would be. He suggested I try the salt system rather than the saltless system originally installed. I expressed concern about drinking the water produced by a salt system. He offered to install a reverse osmosis unit under my sink (which would make up for the difference in price between the salt-free system and the salt system). I agreed to keep the salt system. Many, many calls and texts have been made to the owner regarding the installation of the RO system. The answer is always "I'll get back to you next week". Again, this agreement was in September and as of this date, no resolution has occurred.Desired Settlement: Old water softener removed from [redacted]. Reverse Osmosis installed at [redacted].

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Your latest e-mail regarding the above complaint states that the issues have been resolved. Only one of the issues has been resolved. The reverse osmosis unit was installed at [redacted]. The complaint regarding the removal of the old soft water unit located at [redacted]., has NOT been resolved. As before, have had 2-3 phone calls from the owner of the Water Super Store “promising” pickup dates, but as of yet, the unit has not been removed from the premises.

Hello,
I recently attended the Phoenix Home and Garden Show on Sunday March 9, 2014.
One of my goals was to meet an honest vendor that serviced water softeners. Our water softener had a small leak; and I was almost certain most companies would tell me I needed to spend between $700-$900 to install a new one.
I met [redacted] of The Water Super Store and explained where it was leaking. He said if I knew what it looked like; I could tell you if I could fix it or not. I had a picture in my phone. [redacted] looked at the unit and said "I can fix that!!"
He came out to my home two days later and repaired a unit I thought would cost me close to $1000 with a $150 repair bill. I would recommend [redacted] and his company. He is honest and is an EXPERT in his field.
