My husband & I used this company recently to install a new well When we were suddenly without water Mack Blair worked us into his schedule the same day we called with our "no water crisis" and came to discuss and gave us an estimate that day Within a couple of weeks permits were pulled and our new well was installed and once again we had running water We appreciated the company's efforts to get the job done as quickly as possible Thanks to Mack & your crew

self and a technician arrived at the job with a combined knowledge of more than 45 years of experience. We discussed the job and decided what would be the most effective and cost efficient repair for the customer, and we gave him an estimated cost of repair. He was charged $75.00 for a diagnosis which usually cost 125.00, but he mentioned our $50.00 on online coupon. He was also informed that if he decided to have one of our licensed professionals make the necessary repairs required to put his well system in proper running order the $75.00 charge would be waved, and he agreed, we shook hands, and gave his credit card information. His signature was also received during this transaction. A few hours later our company started receiving multiple phone calls and on each occasion we explained the situation and he agreed each time. Later that evening Mr [redacted] Began sending text messages saying that his wife was mad and that he didn’t ask for a diagnosis and that he just wanted an estimate. we explained multiple times that we can not offer an estimate with out knowing what the issues are, and that requires a diagnosis. MR [redacted] went on to continue texting me a good part of the evening, and could not be reasoned with. He was told there will be no refund and that our conversation was over after many attempts to reconcile the situation. Mr [redacted] agreed to the diagnosis, which was accurate and fair. We strive to please our customers, and tried very hard to work this situation out. Unfortunately we were not able to compromise with the client, and the happens very rarely. Our company is very honest and reputable, and we have always charged a  diagnosis fee that the customer agrees to. I hope this letter will give everyone a better understanding of the situation, and understand why there will be no refunds. Thank you so much for your time.
