06/28/15Dear Revdex.com, In response to the complaint of [redacted] , here is what has happened in my point of viewThey booked their off premise wedding reception at their churchWe gave them full catering service for peopleThe soda he requested was *** productsMy venue policy is that we use two liters bottles [redacted] did not request [redacted] products in cans advance of the receptionTherefore, if he did request cans in advance I would have provided them but he did notTwo liter bottles were included in the package he had chosenAt the end of the reception I gave him all of the left over soda we had, which I did not have to doWe buy all soda in bulk to be sure we have plentyHe did not mention cans until the end of the reception.The fountain he spoke of was never billed to him and he did not pay for itThe lady who runs the church mentioned to my staff that she had a “pretty punch bowl" that can be usedAlso, the contract for the punch stated that fruit punch is to be used [redacted] was never specified [redacted] was a difficult clientHe has already gotten everything for very cheapI provided all of the left over food packaged together for him to take, which again I did not have to doI refuse to refund him any money for these ridiculous complaintsThank you for your time,Angela B [redacted] - The Waterfalls Catered Affairs PSI shortend his name for print reasons Also! Therefore, if he did request cans in advance I would have provided them but he did not. Two liter bottles were included in the package he had chosen. At the end of the reception I gave him all of the left over soda we had, which I did not have to do. We buy all soda in bulk to be sure we have plenty.
