She called me and I believe got my business number from the Revdex.comShe called me because her phone had flooded in the storm in May and wanted her carpet dried outI would able to dry two rooms of carpet for her and I told her I would be able to do it in daysI wrote up the contract, pulled up the carpetWe found asbestos tile on her carpet so we told her we could not touch the tileShe said that was fine and just wanted to dry it outWe told her we would have to replace the padding because it would not dry out that way and to make sure there is no moldAll that was done and she was fine with it and asked us to do a drain tile system to avoid her house flooding againThe contract went from $– $Several times during the job she was erratic, she would call me every day and leave me long voicemails, some were good, some were not, some not related to any workShe referred to me as her guardian angel at the timeShe was all over the placeShe called one day and said I got a man in here who said we need the whole floor replaced in the houseI told her I could bill her to this point but didn’t understand why she would need her whole flooring replaced when the flooding was only in the two roomsShe said she would stick with usWe finished the work and she was so happy with our work that she even gave us another job to do (her patio) which was another $of workShe told me we could leave our tools there at her house I got a call two days later saying she had the police here and would like to talk to meThe officer got on the phone and said this lady is firing you and come to get my toolsShe was never unhappy with the work performedShe even went to lunch with my employees

I read your email today about my complaint on the company The Waterproof Advantage# [redacted] The attached files that The waterproof advantage sent you ( contract and phone texts ) do not belong to me I have no Idea who [redacted] isI have copies of the real emails that were sent between me and The Waterproof AdvantageI also have a copy of the check for paid to [redacted] The only work he did for me was resurface my patio witch he was paid for in fullI also have pictures of the patioThe documents They sent you relating to this case are not mineI will send you everything I have If you wishI do not under stand why he would send you information Thank you [redacted] ***

This is in response to the letter for additional information requested by the Revdex.com Waterproof Advantage came to my home on 5/6/to do work I hired them to 1) pull up carpet and dry out the carpet in dining room area and in the adjacent bedroom; 2) Trench and install new drain tile filled with Meramec gravel and grade; 3) Fill and patch cracks in garage; 4) Install pad with tack strips in both areas affected (dining room and bedroom); 5) Seal and install threshhold; 6) Remove mulch and sill the brick First Contract was $ The second proposal was for $ Total of $and the downpayment was for $paid by credit card on 5/5/ They were fired on 5/14/ They have not been paid in full I have had to hire someone else to take out what they did wrong and redo it

Several times during the job she was erratic, she would call me every day and leave me long voicemails, some were good, some were not, some not related to any work. She referred to me as her guardian angel at the time. She was all over the place. She called one day and said I got a man in here who said we need the whole floor replaced in the house. I told her I could bill her to this point but didn’t understand why she would need her whole flooring replaced when the flooding was only in the two rooms. She said she would stick with us. We finished the work and she was so happy with our work that she even gave us another job to do (her patio) which was another $2400 of work. She told me we could leave our tools there at her house.  I got a call two days later saying she had the police here and would like to talk to me. The officer got on the phone and said this lady is firing you and come to get my tools. She was never unhappy with the work performed. She even went to lunch with my employees.

tile filled with Meramec gravel and grade; 3)   Fill and patch cracks in garage; 4) Install pad with tack strips in both areas affected (dining room and bedroom); 5) Seal and install threshhold; 6)  Remove mulch and sill the brick.3.  First Contract was $750.  The second proposal was for $1700.  Total of $2450 and the downpayment was for $1000 paid by credit card on 5/5/2017.4.  They were fired on 5/14/2017.5.  They have not been paid in full.6.  I have had to hire someone else to take out what they did wrong and redo it.
