This matter is not resolved Gutter Pro attempted to repair/ install gutters and guards at the residence on January 26, however, the job was not completed Their representative has been in contact with us again and assures us that the job will be finished to our satisfaction At this time, one section of the house has no guard and the gutter is inches above the roof The other three sections are are not pitched correctly and therefore the water is over shooting the gutter instead of filling the cistern I will know more at the beginning of next week as the representative contacted me today by text to set another appointment Thank you for your assistance in this matter and please consider this complaint active.Thank You,*** ***

Gutter Pro of WV and this Consumer have agreed upon a solution. Unfortunately, it has not been resolved. We sent our installers out to the residence on January 26th, 2017 and installed the job, however, it was not to the consumers satisfaction due to aesthetic appeal. Once this information was relayed to our representative, he went back out to address the consumer's concern. At this time more photos were taken and information acquired. Currently, on 02/17/2017, our crew is at the location working to complete the job in a manner that satisfies both aesthetic appeal and functionality.  Regards,Gutter Pro of WV

On January 7, 2016 we went to [redacted] home and did the problem area she wanted fixed to her satisfaction. She then signed off on her contract as work done as she wanted.
