August 17, 2014 TO; The RevDex.com In reference to this matter, the customer was contacted in writing by the manager on duty immediately after receipt of your first letter. The manager apologized for any appearance of disrespect shown or her behalf. In the letter the... client received, our manager again explained that all of our services come as packages. The loon, the package purchased, included a trim and flat iron which was not be done because the client purchased curly hair.The Weave Express offered the client the opportunity to return to the salon so that we could ensure her a better experience. We also offered to discourt her next service for the $25 she feels she is owed despite the fact that she purchased a package service. The client declined all offers to remediate her concerns and contacted you. On behalf of The Weave Express, apologize for any inconvenience this client encountered. Our employees and managers continue to be trained in customer Service and quality assurance. We will continue to provide weaves that are “fast, flawless and for less.”Yetta Gco-ownerHome of the $50 Weave

My experience at the place of business was awful. The receptionist was rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. I have lost all respect for this business because the first person who greets you is this unfriendly employee with poor customer service training.
