We had a misunderstanding with our accounts as new customers that was, in fact, our fault However, once we realized the problem, they did the bare minimum to help us out and we are going to pay $400+ in fees!! They did not go even close to above and beyond Also, the service is inconvenient compared to banks that have hour customer service via phone and easy online banking access, which made it difficult to realize our error The employee and manager we spoke to just kept telling us what we should have done, rather than being understanding or helpful Would not recommend them to anyone who expects their business to be valued!
