*** *** contacted me but I still don't have my wedding album or wedding pictures in a CD after months! He told me he is sending them to me but I still haven't recieved anything! I don't even have a tracking number to track this phantom shipmentHow hard is it to put something in the mail if it's completed? Very annoyed I'm still waiting on *** to do things at his leisure and very annoyed I don't have anything!

 The  disk of pictures  wouldn't start and the wedding album wasn't edited correctly. I'm now waiting for those to be promptly resent. Very disappointed the product I received wasn't professional.Moreover, the photographer didn't comply with any of my feedback regarding the final product which I sent to him via email on multiple occasions. Hopefully I can get my things sometime soon but we will see. I definitely can't depend on the timeframe the photographer gives me...

Review: I called and talked to [redacted] from the Wedding and Party Center/ DK Marketing, LLC and purchased a wedding photo package for $1400. My wedding was on 9/**/13 and based on our contract I was suppose to pay in full by the date of the wedding and he/ his team would take a full day's worth of pictures. Our signed contract states I would receive a disk with all of the photos, a couple's album, a metal print of my choice and 100 thank you cards. The delivery date for all items was 6 to 9 weeks after the date of the wedding. As our contract states, I paid [redacted] a deposit and paid the remainder of the amount due on my wedding day. [redacted] took pictures very briefly and told me his [redacted] would capture the remainder of the day. Weeks went by and [redacted] had one excuse after another why he didn't have my pictures ready- he had personal issues, it was the busy season, he still had to edit pictures. I was more than understanding but after he sent me some shots of the wedding and I picked out my print, the poses for my photo album and thank you cards, I didn't hear from [redacted] again. He sent me one email asking me for revisions (which I had already submitted to him) on the album. I re-sent him revisions and have not heard from him to date. I have now called, emailed, and texted [redacted] without success. It has been over a month that I have not heard at all from him and I have received NOTHING we contracted for in exchange for the $1400 I paid. This is a severe case of misleading clients, not to mention breach of promise and breach of contract. It is definitely more than 6-9 weeks after my wedding. It is going on 6 months. [redacted] is not responsive and I have yet to receive anything from him. I would urge prospective brides NOT TO TRUST this company! It is disheartening paying all that money and having someone be careless and unresponsive with the images of your special day!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and tracking information on my items if they were ever sent to me. In the LEAST, I need my disk with all of the pictures taken on my wedding as I can NEVER redo the event! Someone from DK Marketing or the Wedding and Party Center needs to contact me. I am tired of calling, leaving messages, texts and emailing to no avail.
