I canceled a training reservation on April 9, 2019. I requested a refund three times (twice through email and once by phone) and have gotten the run-around. I was told this needs to be "researched" but no contact information was obtained from me. No one seems to know when my refund will be issued. I expect an immediate refund.
We are sorry that our customer experienced inconvenience in obtaining the refund she requested on April 9. The refund was issued on the 23rd. With our apologies, hopefully the issue is now resolved.
