I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. One of the partners of the company, Mark, called me and came to my condo with the plumber who did the original work on my toilet while I was away. He agreed to refund to me the difference between what was charged to me and what would have been charged if the first step of snaking the toilet only had been done. I explained to him that we should have had the option of having additional cleaning of the pipe done but we were not given that option. Due to the fragile condition of the pipes in the building I would never have agreed to this additional cleaning and for his plumber to do this without asking was not appropriate.I also was very disappointed in the customer service provided by his partner who is in charge of answering the phone in the office. However, that is his problem to rectify.I am satisfied with the reimbursement of a portion of my payment but I would not do business with this company in the future

Have address the customer concern and fulfill her request, there was no deceiving involved in this case, the person at the time that requested the job felt that we did more work then was necessary and the person making the complaint was not present at the time of this job, so to avoid argument,...

 over the price, she was refunded a portion of the work and we reset toilet again to make them happy, the actually cost, told to them over the phone was the same amount charge for the work done.Thank you any other question you can call Fast Rooter Plumbing
