Client came in with a color correctionThe last stylist she went to had left her ends
platinum blonde with overprocessed toner to make it have a voliet colorShe has a two inches of level hair and that fades to a yellow orange color to midshaftI exampled to client that I never can garteenuee anything with a color correction due to not knowing what the previous stylist used and that it would take her more than one visit to go the desired color of what she wantedWhich was a gray platinumI used Olaplex and goldwell silklift lightener I only went over with the lightener over the inches of regrowth and the yellow orange and left the ends out I did a full baby weave and used bowls of lightener and olaplexI placed client under dryer for 10minand checked it every 5minI then washed her with no yellow purple shampoo and number olaplex I toned her with different colors and tubes of redken to lift through the changes of the hair when I blow tried client I informed her that at her next visit her hair would be the gray color but I had to fix what the previous stylist did firstClient fully understood and said I quote I am happy with it I just wanted no dark to showClient left paying and tipped me dollarsClient then called days later saying there was still some dark and wanted to know if I could change anythingI told client to come in and I will take a look at itI then used olaplex again with a partial highlight around just the hairline with goldwell silklift and left on for 10minI did not charge client for this visit and I toned her with redken at the bowlI informed client that she will have a little bit of yellow at the hairline due to it having to lift the hair through so many stages I showed client where this was at client understood that going gray was a process and left booking the next appointment. Client left happy. when client asked for a refund I informed client that she to the nature of my business and using product I would only refund her the tip amount which was dollars the reason behind this is first of all I used bowls of olaplex which is dollars every time you use I used tubes of redken shades eq and bowls of lightening and tubes of toner This was for both times that client came to me equally out to be of product that I was out of client paid for the total serviceI offered to client to come back in and I will see what I can do to her hair but that I would not refund the and only the tip. if you need more information please let me know a stylist I worked with that day was there and can confirm this is true
