Review: Hello , Im here to complaint today about The WEM Agency and their client by the name of [redacted] . I booked "[redacted]" for a hip-hop video shoot . She waits until the night before to cancel on me and not come to my shoot . All of a sudden , [redacted] wants to take role as [redacted] for her unprofessionalism and promised to compensate me for my loss . I was sent a FINAL DISPOSITION letter stating that I would have my deposit back due to the model being unable to perform her specific services at the video shoot . 7 days passed and I still haven't been compensated for my loss . [redacted] took to twitter stating that she was not paying me back my deposit . The [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] of the WEM Agency declines all my calls .Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund .
