I must say this Law Firm is by far the worst law firm I have every had to deal withFrom the front office to the lawyer himselfI was searching for a lawyer who could help me and advise me of filing Ch BankruptcyI really needed someone who would understand my situation and guide us in the right direction throughout the entire processUnfortunately, as soon as he got his money (5000$ the first month), he neglected to help me or assist in anything else afterwardsAll communications from him stoppedI struggled to reach him and ask him for advice or questions about concerns I hadWhen I called and left multiple messages, his office rarely returned my calls My case was consistently at risk because of the horrible advice Mark W*** and his staff providedHe was rude to me when speaking to me, completely condescending and made me feel like an uneducated and stupid individualDuring an office meeting, I was obviously upset and crying in his office, he simple tossed me a tissue box and continued to talk without blinking an eyeI heard lawyers are heartless, but this man is a poster child for it! His attempts to resolve specific issues were neglected and as a result had defaulted my case many times He threatened to dismiss my case if I didn't stop arguing with him even though I had proved him wrong! This man is disgraceful in every context of the wordHe should no longer be allowed to take advantage of innocent people who rely on his professionalism and his expertise

Mark W*** has not done anything positive regarding our caseHis lack of competence (documents filed untimely) as well as his non presentation for a crucial hearing caused has caused us the dismissal of our case
On top of that Wesbrooks has charged us 35% more than the price agreed on without notifying us, he has asked us for some cash money to be handed to his assistant, money for which was never documented

Westbrook's lawyers were very nice and helpful in my caseThey always got back to me in a timely matter.I would recommend them to other clients just like a was recommended

Great team! They explained everything to me in lay men's terms and made me feel very comfortable. NO hidden charges. I paid exactly what they quoted me in the beginning. And handled everything in a timely manner. And when we were needed to go into to the office we felt very comfortable and welcomed .I would refer everyone to this law firm. Excellent services.
