That is a lie! When I paid for expedited service, nothing said there was a two day "handling" period. Beside, this company doesn't "handle" anything. It looks like they're using 3rd party software to pass through warehouse orders to the manufacturer.
I'm pretty sure the only reason I received this as quickly as I did was because I emailed the company and complained that I didn't have shipping information two days after the order. Right after I complained, the item shipped.
Furthermore, the $15 discount had nothing to do with the way they handled my order. They advertised a discount and I accepted it. Then I turned around and paid an extra $15 for expedited service I never received.
I can order Amazon Prime, with two-day service and that's exactly what happens. They don't promise expedited service then take an extra two-days for "handling".
At this point, a month later, I've worn the boots and they can't be returned so I'll accept as a refund the $15 I paid for expedited shipping and consider it good enough that others have been warned this company can't be trusted to tell you the truth.
