Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I have received notice from the Revdex.com...

regarding your complaint and want to address your concerns regarding our practices.
 
After reading your Revdex.com letter as well as your Trip Advisor review. I did some research on where you booked your reservation and how they communicate travel information to their clients. We want our guests to be completely aware of what charges to expect when checking in, includng our Facility Fee and Valet parking charges. It looks like your reservation was made through BCD Travel, below is a copy of what your travel agents sees when pulling up the Governement rate at the Westgate Hotel through their booking system:

As you can see, it does mention that we do have an additional $15.00 facility fee. BCD travel chooses not to add that information to their confimation notices even though it clearly states in our profile information that this fee applies.  
 
I apologize for any confusion that this caused while checking in to the Westgate Hotel, however our Guest Service Manager was following our standard procedure. Our facility fee pays for complimentary wireless internet, bottled water, use of the business center, pool and fitness facility. After you checked out, your reservation was cancelled however you were charged the one night  since it did not fall within our cancellation policy. As a token of good faith I have credited that night back to your credit card.
