My husband, our kids and I recently stayed at your hotel from Saturday night to Sunday AM We wanted to let you know a few items that we felt you needed to be aware of: When we walked into the hotel, it was very nice, clean & open At 12pm (Noon) Katrina checked us in and told us the room was not ready yet and that we would be able to wait by the pool and wait for our room Victor-our pool server was extremely nice and on top of his game By 3pm the kids were getting burnt and our tab was already up to $between drinks and food Is this your way to have people spend money while they wait for their room? We had to complain just to get our room available-this was around 3pm As we walked down the hallway to our room we passed by three staff members at which none of them smiled or said hello At 5pm we called the front desk to receive a cot, towels and conditioner and was on hold for 6mins We waited for another hour and called again This time no one answered, as I sat on "hold" for 25mins I walked down to the receptionist and there was no line and I was greeted asking what I needed After I mentioned the three items, walked back to my room and was again confronted by two unwelcomed staff members The cot came in around 730pm by a Russian staff member that was extremely nice We self parked and our key was not connected to the parking meter so we had to get back out of the vehicle and walk back up to the front desk to have this corrected Mind you it was degrees outside We were charged for the $self parking, then the receptionist removed the charge OVERALL - Our stay was unwelcome, rude staff and unpleasant for a staycation This review will be reported to the Revdex.com and we will NEVER return

I purchased a stay at the Westin resort which also included a time share optionI purchased well in advance of the date I wanted to stay and was told to check in to see when the schedule would open upI diligently called and was eventually put on an e mail list and would be notified when the schedule openedI did get the e mail and called within minutes of receiving the e mailWhen I spoke to a representative I was told there was nothing available
I don't believe there were any times available for the time I requested and feel as though I was bait and switchedI have sent an e mail requesting a refund but have received no response
