Review: I booked a party there on June [redacted] The Westway did not deliver on their agreement. My party was unable to enter, they did not have my information. They did not provide the service they sold. I complained and spoke to a manager who agreed that the situation was unacceptable and agreed to refund the price of the bottle purchased. This was a birthday that was ruined. The bottle was 530.00. The other manager refused to give me my money back because he said he did not know how to do so in the computer. Then publically spoke poorly of me in front of a crowd of people. Threw 200.00 at me and told me to never come back. I emailed the event manager who booked the party as well as the **. They agreed to refund the remaining money. I have been in weekly contact with them since June [redacted] 2014 and to date have NOT received the promised check. I have email proof of this situation.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund the remaining balance owed.
