Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I was arguing with significant other but your allegations are wrong per if they were true ** police Dept. Would of arrested me. I was interviewed by ** police as well as my significant other and we're told to leave the premises a t approximately 2200 hrs. without reimbursement on your part. When you pay for product you should receive what you payed for. Wharf Inn in ** are stealing money and your company acted like criminals.  440.00 dollars I would like reimbursed. We apologize about the situation that took place and we feel that the credit provided is more than commensurate given the situation. 
To mention that the room’s condition is unacceptable after an entire night didn’t give us the opportunity to rectify the situation upon discovery.
If the situation was completely unacceptable, we would have expected you to say so immediately, regardless of the time of day.   Whether that meant providing keys to a different guest room or changing out the sheets by the clerk on duty; although the dirty sheets were not his fault, he would have been happy to do so, as it was a mistake on the hotel, and all employees of the hotel work and provide care to the guests of the hotel.
Upon the day of departure, we did not hear a complaint or even a request for a refund for the situation, but rather comments saying that their stay was okay.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: That is incorrect- I talked to clerk [redacted] and made complaint- It's fine- I'll move forward with my credit card company and Board of Health- it's quite ridiculous as my brother stays there regularly and he is now rethinking that choice. I am positive you would feel exactly as I do if you were the consumer.Sincerely,[redacted]

To Whom It May Concern:
 
We at the Wharf Inn chose to ask the guest to vacate the room due to several factors, one of them being that we were receiving complaints from multiple rooms stating that this particular guest is attempting to enter their rooms instead of the room that guest was...

assigned. Another complaint we received was that this guest was fighting with his significant other in front of another guest’s room. In the matter of seven minutes, we received almost 8-10 calls from other guests in the building that felt unsafe in their secured rooms which is of extreme importance to us as a business.
Prior to this guest checking in, one of our staff members as well two other guests in our parking lot witnessed that this guest was intoxicated and also saw this man hitting his female partner which was a red flag for us already. In addition, after checking in, more complaints were received of the guest verbally sexually harassing female guests of which one was a fifteen year old girl making her and her family fear for their safety.
The guest’s female partner was also disruptive as people were curious as to why she was sitting in her car in the parking lot for several hours.
We at the hotel made a decision to remove this guest from our building at approximately 5 pm. [redacted] Police Department was called to help evict this guest that was causing a disturbance in the building to help ensure all other guests’ safety.
The guest was booked for two nights with a nonrefundable rate plan so unfortunately, we do not offer refunds even if they are evicted. This was the hotels decision to keep other guests in the building safe and have the nuisance guest removed.

I disagree. They didn't press charges against me because they had nothing. If so they would of. Arrested for arguing. I think not. Also they said I assaulted my wife. That's itic. If so I would have been arrested. There trying to save face to not refund me. They running a crooked business and they are thieves. That's the bottom line. They exaggerated what happened and I deserve my money back for none services rendered. If there was a problem they should of not let me check in as they said there was a problem prior to check in. Sad and bad business

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: It was after midnight when the blood or whatever was noticed. I paid for a clean room- I am happy to pay in full for the 2nd night. But not for dirty sheets which is a health hazard. I've been more than fair in requesting 1 night refund. I was satisfied with the clerk at hotel as he agreed it was unacceptable  and would forward the complaint to the manager. I was not going to be belligerent to the clerk when he is not at fault. Shall I just contact the board of health? You're choice. I've already contacted my credit card company and feel this back and forth business is absurd, not good business sense at all.Sincerely,[redacted]
