Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint - I am sorry I was not able to respond sooner I have spoken to this customer several times since last Spring and have gone to her home twice to look at the trees - as of early September, none of them were dead or dying Some of
them are a little sparse at the very bottom (inches on 7-foot trees) due to lack of rain and possibly combined with lack of adequate watering/fertilizing Otherwise they are green and healthy other than Fall shedding I take no deposits and accept no payment until the job is complete and the customer is satisfied, and I was paid in full upon completion of this job.My guarantee provides replacement only if a tree dies, but out of respect for this customer, I did offer to give her ten additional trees I'm not going to replace any trees because none are dead, and she acknowledged that was true and accepted my offer When this complaint was made, I hadn't yet been able (due to drought) to dig her additional trees, but they can be dug now and I will keep my word and deliver and plant them on a mutually agreed on date I will contact her this week and try to arrange a date for delivery of the additional trees.Thank you,Keith N***
