Attn: [redacted] I am late in responding to your letter and [redacted] 's complaint dated April 21, and I apologize for that The dress was purchased on Wednesday, April 1,and was taken from the store I have attached a copy of the receipt where it clearly states no returns can be made That policy is especially endorsed when the dress is out of the store The dress was out of the store for a little over two weeks Store credit (good for one year) was offered and refused I also offered to try to sell the dress for her by putting it on the rack until the end of the season and reimburse her for whatever I could sell it She refused However late, I hope this answers the concerns raised [redacted] Owner The White Orchid

Review: I purchased a prom dress for my daughter who is not a senior. Her boyfriend who is a senior asked her to the prom. They have now gone their separate ways. I tried to return the dress (we only had the dress for three weeks) and the store would not take the dress back. Nowhere in the store or on my receipt does it state no returns. The store tried to offer in-store credit, however she will not be going to prom for 2 more years and we have no use for the dress.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the dress and get my money back.
