I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

We installed both doors and openers on December 30, and the only wires I can think of that we would be talking about are to the safety eyes I have checked our phone records to see if we had any missed calls/phone calls from Mr [redacted] and as of 12/28/until 1-15-I haven't received a call from their numberI'm sure this is a misunderstanding as we would never hang up on any customer wiether they are scheduling under warranty or for a paying service call( which this would have been a warranty it was just over a year ) I called Mr [redacted] this morning and his wife told me he was at work I explained my call to her and she told me that they were very happy with the doors I also explained to her that I had no missed/phones from this number and that I'm the owner and that I normally answer and schedule all service/repair/installs and that I haven't spoken to Mr [redacted] nor have I hung up on anyoneShe said she didn't know and that she would have Mr [redacted] call me when he gets homeThe [redacted] 's have been customers of ours for years and we value and appreciate their business I'm not sure if maybe he was calling an correct number I really don't know but again I we will more that happy to check out the wires he is taking aboutThank you, Angie

We installed new garage door in May of this door comes with yr warranty on all hardware and springsIn August of Mr [redacted] calls our office upset stating that he has broken a spring so soon that the reason he got a new door was because he was breaking springsI explained to Mr [redacted] that the door comes with a year warranty on springs and that our company gives a year warranty on our labor customer became very verble and upsetI spoke to Lewis about this , Lewis called Mr [redacted] himself and explained again about the warranty he also told Mr [redacted] then that the must be using the door excessively for those springs to be breaking with in that time frame that springs are set up in cycles and everytime you open your door is a cycle and close you your door is a cycle and that the door comes with a 10,Mr [redacted] became very upset with Lewis and threaten then to call the Revdex.com if we didn't replace the spring for free Lewis told Mr [redacted] that he would go ahead and replace the springs and we did that in August, replaced both springs at N/CIn September Mr [redacted] called our office demanding that we come out and replace his springs again that we sold bad springs not once but twice in years I did call the manufacture just to make sure they weren't experiencing a problem that we weren't aware of , they told us for springs to break like that not once but twice indicates excessive use of that door as an entryI told Mr [redacted] that we would come out and repair it but here would be a charge we also offered to go up in cycles at no extra charge so he would get a longer life span on his springs and he didn't want to do that We did out best to please Mr [redacted] but after multiple phone comes with me telling each time that we would come out but that we would charge for the repair after yrs and replacing then once at no charge Mr [redacted] became very rude and hard to speak with

We installed new garage door in May of 2012 this door comes with 1 yr warranty on all hardware and springs. In August of 2014 Mr. [redacted] calls our office upset stating that he has broken a spring so soon that the reason he got a new door was because he was breaking springs. I explained to Mr....

[redacted] that the door comes with a 1 year warranty on springs and that our company gives a 1 year warranty on our labor customer became very verble and upset. I spoke to Lewis about this , Lewis called Mr. [redacted] himself and explained again about the warranty he also told Mr. [redacted] then that the must be using the door excessively for those springs to be breaking with in that time frame that springs are set up in cycles and everytime you open your door is a cycle and close you your door is a cycle and that the door comes with a 10,000. Mr [redacted] became very upset with Lewis and threaten then to call the Revdex.com if we didn't replace the spring for free Lewis told Mr. [redacted] that he would go ahead and replace the springs and we did that in August, 2014 replaced both springs at N/C. In September Mr. [redacted] called our office demanding that we come out and replace his springs again that we sold bad springs not once but twice in 4 years I did call the manufacture just to make sure they weren't experiencing a problem that we weren't aware of , they told us for springs to break like that not once but twice indicates excessive use of that door as an entry. I told Mr. [redacted] that we would come out and repair it but here would be a charge we also offered to go up in cycles at no extra charge so he would get a longer life span on his springs and he didn't want to do that.  We did out best to please Mr. [redacted] but after multiple phone comes with me telling each time that we would come out but that we would charge for the repair after 4 yrs and replacing then once at no charge Mr. [redacted] became very rude and hard to speak with.

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.

We installed both doors and openers on December 30, 2014 and the only wires I can think of that we would be talking about are to the safety eyes.  I have checked our phone records to see if we had any missed calls/phone calls from Mr. [redacted] and as of 12/28/15 until 1-15-16 I haven't received...

a call from their number. I'm sure this is a misunderstanding as we would never hang up on any customer wiether  they are scheduling under warranty or for a paying service call. ( which this would have been a warranty it was just over a year ) . I called Mr. [redacted] this morning and his wife told me he was at work I explained my call to her and she told me that they were very happy with the doors I also explained to her that I had no missed/phones from this number and that I'm the owner and that I normally answer and schedule all service/repair/installs and that I haven't spoken to Mr. [redacted] nor have I hung up on anyone. She said she didn't know and that she would have Mr. [redacted] call me when he gets home. The [redacted]'s have been customers of ours for years and we value and appreciate their business I'm not sure if maybe he was calling an correct number I really don't know but again I we will more that happy to check out the wires he is taking about. Thank you, Angie
