The Whittburg Group

I am rejecting this response because:
The Whittburg Group has not refunded usThe attached forms are duplicate forms we have already received and have nothing to do with voiding the agreementThe Whittburg Group threatened us with
a fictitious summons of a judgementThe Whittburg group also pressured us into making the payment of $even though we disputed the debt and explained the account they were supposedly collecting for (US BANK) had been paid over six years priorWhen we delivered proof that the account they were collecting for was PAID and requested the $payment back, they said they would return our funds by check as soon as possibleWe have never received written confirmation of their agreementThe Whittburg Group also processed our payment before we gave them signed consent1) US BANK the original collector had been paid in full over six years agoWe have bank statements and a paid in full letter2) We did not give written consent to process the payment.3) US BANK sold the account in and was not pursing funds The Whittburg Group claimed, which we have supporting documents stating this.4) Despite sending proof of a paid account, written request(s) for payment reversal from The Whittburg Group, and numerous unanswered phone callsIt has been over eight weeks and still no refund.5) We were wrongfully pursued and illegally threatened by The Whittburg Group and want our payment of $reversed immediately.6) The Whittburg Group has not responded to our claim again them with The Federal Trade Commission
