First, according to the U.SHealth Code , all wigs, pony tails, clip on extensions and jewelry such as products touching the skin cannot be returned due to health reasonsThis is not only stated on the receipt but also written on a huge sign, located on the front of the cashier counter, so that it is clearly visible to all customersSecond, the customer said that "she has not used the product" but we have surveillance of her wearing the wig out of the store and her purchase date was the 21st of July, not the 31st

To Whom It May Concern,I am emailing in regards to the complaint #***, which was filed on 7/11/by *** ***Ms*** came into the Wig Shop in search of a curly, full lace wig on Sunday, 7/9/The worker on Sunday showed her a variety of curly full lace wigs as Ms*** had
requestedThe worker asked Ms***, if she wanted to try on the sample full laced wig that Ms*** was looking to purchase because the store policy institutes that all wigs are final saleHowever, Ms*** did not wish to try on the wig, for she was content with purchasing the wig as is.On Monday, 7/10/2017, the Wig Shop received a complaint call from Ms***, stating that she was looking to exchange the wig she had purchased the day priorMs*** said she was looking for a full lace wig, however, when she took the new wig home, she apparently did not receive the full laced wig as she had requestedHer reasoning is faulty, for the worker compared the tags of the full laced sample wig and the new wig in the box that she purchased that dayI explained the store policy once again over the phone letting her know that a wig cannot be exchanged nor returned. The following day on 7/11/2017, Ms*** brought the curly full laced wig that she had purchased into the Wig ShopMs*** explained that she wanted to exchange the purchased wig for a new full laced wigShe kept explaining that she wanted to purchase a "full lace" wig that did not have tracks on itIt seems as though that she had a misunderstanding of the term full laceWhat she actually wanted was a "whole lace" wig in which does not have any tracksUpon inspection, the wig was not in the original condition, thus I could not do an exchange for Ms***.On 7/17/2017, the Wig Shop received a formal complaint from Revdex.comThe owner of the store gave Ms*** the full refund on 7/17. Thank you
