I am writing in response to the complaint submitted to you by Jeanna M*** 7/16/16. I spoke with Ms M*** on Thursday, July I was able listen to her complaint, apologize for the experience and resolve the issue to her satisfactionI also followed up with her on Friday July 29th
to share with her the information regarding the changes to our proceduresAt that time, Ms M*** stated that she was satisfied and appreciative of our attention to her experience. It should be noted that while the overall complaint is consistent with what the customer stated while on property, some of the information listed in the customer’s statement in this complaint differ from what was stated while on property with our officers, with the *** who were called to property, or with me on the phoneDue to the inconsistencies in the statements, I request that this complaint or response are not posted on the Revdex.com Website.
