Wild Cowboy responded, "Package states delivered, please contact usps to find out where it is and to start an investigation." On 4-1-cust filed PAYPAL dispute on 4-3-customer emailed: "My son called me last night to inform me that they just received the package yesterdayI've already cancelled the paypal dispute." Thank you On Apr 3, the item was finally received and I emailed the seller the following: [redacted] Apr (days ago) to support My son called me last night to inform me that they just received the package yesterdayI've already cancelled the paypal disputeHowever, I already had to replace the item locally due to the long delay in delivery, so I need an RA# to return it with please Thank you, [redacted] As you can see from the above correspondence, I clearly stated both times that regardless of what the usps website showed, we did not receive the item on Feb28th, we in reality did not receive it until Apr 2ndMy grandson's birthday was long over by then, and replacement gifts had already been boughtI understand this is not their fault, it also is not my faultIt is the fault of th USPS for falsifying delivery when said delivery on Feb 28th had never been madeAll I am asking for is an RA# so I can return it for a full refund

On 4-1-15 cust filed PAYPAL dispute.
on 4-3-15 customer emailed:

Wild Cowboy Paypal dispute was still open, customer did not cancel like she said. We called paypal, they looked into it and DENIED customers claim due to delivery on Feb.28-2015. If the post office lost a package, but then found it and delivered the package on 4-2-15 they would have changed the tracking status to reflect so. The tracking status still says DELIVERED 2-28-15. We have a 30 day return policy from date of receipt, which expired on March 28th 2015.

on April 1, I filed a dispute with paypal. I have copied the text below:
4/1/2015 12:44 PDT - Buyer: I already contacted the seller. My item was not received. I had it shipped to my sons house as a present for my grandson, who lives half way across the country from me, rather than having it shipped to me, and then packing it off th CO. with us for his birthday party. The post office shows it being delivered on FEB. 28th. however when we got to my sons house on Mar. 19th. for our visit, it had never arrived. we checked with the post office there and they stated that thier records showed it being delivered. I don't know what happened to it, all I know is that I had to go out the day of his birthday party and find him a new cowboy hat and lasso at a local store. Regardless of what the post office records show, the package never arrived at my son's house and I want my money back! Thank you

As you can see from the above correspondence, I clearly stated both times that regardless of what the usps website showed, we did not receive the item on Feb. 28th, we in reality did not receive it until Apr 2nd. My grandson's birthday was long over by then, and replacement gifts had already been bought. I understand this is not their fault, it also is not my fault. It is the fault of th USPS for falsifying delivery when said delivery on
Feb 28th had never been made. All I am asking for is an RA# so I can return it for a full refund.
