rejecting this response because: The company requires that I either ship my device back to them before they ship me out a replacement or they want my credit card information I refused to give my credit card to them but agreed to ship my defective device back first and risk them never sending me a replacement and losing all the money I spent on the original defective device The fact that multiple calls made to their customer service department aren’t even logged is scary and unprofessional This device has never worked properly but they feel they need to continue to tell me what a favor they are doing me replacing it Not to mention it took them months to even respond to my complaint I was refused a return label and the entire situation seemed shady and like a scam I was then refused a callback from a higher authority or contact information for a higher authority that could send me a shipping label This will not be resolved until I receive a return label to send my device back! We’ve reached out to [redacted], who has agreed to let us confirm his reported symptoms. If we conclude that this is a hardware issue, we will make an exception, and issue an replacement for his defective unit.
