This was very small, paid for 4- 8 x 10 pieces of glass, was told it would be ready the next morning, I stooped in the next afternoon, They said it was not ready would be done by the next day. (Friday) , Stopped in, still not done. Waited till next Tuesday, Stopped at shop, again was not done. I went home, called them, told them to keep the money and forget it. They tried to call me, but recognizing their number I just did not want to deal with them anymore, so I cancelled the call. I am sure they will not be the ones I would call for any window or glass replacement in the future.

Review: I came in to the store to have a patio glass top replaced at the beginning of the summer season. I gave the owner the center piece for my table to make sure it was cut correctly. Some "weeks " later the top was returned with the wrong size opening. He said I see the mistake, we will reorder. I have called and come into the store numerous times and given a run around. It is now fall, and still no table top, apology or even a return phone call. The glass has been paid in full. And no solution given.Desired Settlement: I WANT MY GLASS TOP

Review: I had the Window Pane install a Glass Panel and Glass Shower Door, within 3 months of install, the door began to sag and could not be opened. They returned after numerous calls and only tightened the screws so the door would pull up a bit and close easier. After 6 months the door continued to sag and I began calling for repair again; I have been calling since November 2014 and have been told more than 6 times that they would be out to repair the issue but have not seen them yet. The door cannot be closed and the shower is not able to be used. The plate that the door is mounted to is beginning to pull away and bow the wall. My husband specifically asked before we purchased the door if the door would be too heavy for mounting and we were assured that the door and install would be fine. I'm concerned that the door will fall on someone in the bathroom soon.Desired Settlement: If the door cannot be anchored properly, I would like it replaced. Since this was specifically asked prior to purchase.

Review: I ordered screens for our home 6 months ago. I was told I would have them by May. I have called them 2 times a week starting in May. They said they had half the screens & would install them. I gave them a check for half the screens in May. In it now July 12. Still I have no screens. Sometimes when I call no one answers and I am unable to leave a message. I have flies all over in my house because I have no screens. We have a 2 year old grandson with fly bites all over.Please help me.Thank You.Desired Settlement: put the screens in as promised
