I used Window Source for a rental then used them again for my home Not pleased with the service I received at my home They miss measured a window and did not caulk the windows correctly The final bill deducted a cost for the miss measured window but and after paying they are arguing that we owe the money for the discounted bill Eric got a little testy with my wife on the phone and I did not appreciate that as well When asked if he heard about our complaints he just said yeah

The company was very responsive to what our needs were as far as window replacement The team that came in to replace them was professional, worked quickly, and cleaned the areas well They explained how to operate the pull in Windows and also how to remove them if needed We are thrilled with the up-to-date Windows and will continue to replace all the windows in the house We highly recommend them

Our experience with Window Source was very good Eric was very professional and the pricing was reasonable We were very pleased the installers and their work was excellent They cleaned up after their work was done and it looked like it did before they came except we had beautifully installed new windows We would highly recommend Window Source If we have need for windows again it'll be WINDOW SOURCE

I could not be happier with my experience with the window source ! Me and my wife took our time looking around and actually started to get frustrated by replacement window contractors doing their magic math and throwing random numbers at us ? The window source was clear cut , no smoke and mirrors ! I knew exactly how much my total bill was going to be before I signed on the dotted line ! Financing was a breeze and the install crew was at my house within ten minutes of their arrival time It gets better ! The install crew was polite , clean , and extremely efficient and I felt they went above and beyond their scope of work ! Nice to deal with such professionals , an absolute pleasure !!!
