We had new windows put in the first part of March Now that it's been months after installation we continue to be impressedWith our old windows, I didn't open the south curtains in the big picture window, for the afternoonNow, I can open them in the morning and enjoy the beautiful sceneryThen in the evening, I had to close our bedroom west curtains, because the bedroom would get too hot Now they stay open all day long! We got the series because we wanted white inside, beige outsideOur old windows had a broken seal in the double paneI didn't realize we could save so much in the heat coming inAnd the new windows silence a lot of outside noiseThe train is nearly silent, where previously we hear it more frequently We are very excited about our new windows! On 06/29/15, I had windows installed (from the Series Double Hung All-Welded windows collection) The installers were courteous, polite snd cleaned as they worked Don appeared in the afternoon to check on the installation and work out some issues with a couple of the windows
A couple of days later I contacted Don about a leak I had in one of my larger windows
and missing alarm wires Don sent two people over and they went right to work on the problems The leak was fixed, but my alarm company had to find one last missing wire The window installers were nice enough to replant one of my flowers that was stepped on during the original installation
In the past couple of months I have noticed my home does feel cooler Overall, I am pleased with my new windows

Windows take about six weeks to arrive and be installed from the time of measuring and ordering so plan in advanceI would certainly recommend Window Source

My husband and I recently had the Series Double Hung, all welded windows with the Low E/Argon Energy Miser Package for all windows in our home this March We are very pleased with the product, both visually and functionally The exterior color we chose is sandstone and the interior is white, which both matched perfectly to our house colors We have already received many compliments from neighbors about the positive change in the appearance of our home and we can tell the difference in the noise level and the perfect seal around the windows The team that installed the windows was top notch They worked relentlessly to achieve what I consider near perfectionYou can have a wonderful product, however if the installation is sloppy you'll never be pleased I am so delighted we don't have that problemThey tried very hard not to break the old window panes as they removed them and were diligent about removing the debris We had windows replaced and it only took them two work days to install them, only breaking to eat their lunch Not only are we very pleased with the product, installation crew and the excellent professionalism of the sales representative, Donald B***, but the icing on the cake is the total cost was just about half of the estimate we received from both *** and C***Kudos to The Window Source Team

If anyone is looking to have new windows and doors installed I strongly recommend calling Don B[redacted] with the window source of the mid south. He helped me get new windows for my house, which look amazing! Don was very helpful in my selection of windows. He gave me his recommendations, with a quote right there on the spot. He was ( not ) pushy. He was patient and answered all my questions and concerns.
The windows were ordered and installed within a few weeks. I was so surprised at how affordable my new windows were since I had to have 13 windows replaced.
And the windows have transformed my house to looking so much better with better efficiency. I Thank you again Don B[redacted] your the best!

I can only give The Window Source 10+ across the board. Mr. Donald W. B[redacted] went above and beyond in satisfying the customer (me). He did lots of little touches and made suggestions to provide me with a 1st class window/door installation.

We recently used Don and The Window Source of Memphis to replace 23 windows and 2 doors in our home and have been exceptionally pleased with both the process and results. At the time of our first meeting with Don, we had already met with several other contractors/salesmen and had quickly become disenchanted with the prices being offered, the lack of quality products being presented, the intense sales tactics being used, or some combination of all three. From our first meeting with Don, we were very impressed with his products, his extensive experience, and his patience with our many questions. He spent several hours walking us through his different product lines and demonstrating how and why his windows worked. His was also the only quote we received that had itemized prices for each product and service fee so we walked away from the meeting with a solid understanding of exactly what our project would cost and how we could make adjustments to suit our budget. We ultimately decided to work with Don because he didn't pressure us, his prices were reasonable, his products were exceptional, and also because his status as a TVA licensed contractor meant that we could take advantage of the energy savings rebates offered through TVA's eScore program. Once we committed to using Don, he stayed in touch and gave us regular updates on the status of our order and plans for installation. Everything came together right on the timeline he'd given us and when we had to make a few minor changes to our order due to manufacturer capabilities, Don worked with us on the cost to make sure things didn't far exceed his original estimate. Since the project's been completed, we've found that we're very happy with both the quality of the products and the installation work of Don's team. We were initially hesitant to replace our original 1950s wood windows with vinyl, but the aesthetic value and functionally of the 9000 series windows have far exceeded our expectations. We also opted to replace 2 entry doors with mid-range ProVia doors and we have been very happy with those as well; Don's crew even went the extra mile in reattaching some original trim on the exterior of one door so that the appearance of our front porch is now enhanced without losing its original charm. All in all we had a wonderful experience with The Window Source of Memphis and would happy recommend them to anyone in the market for new windows and doors.

When I decided on Window Source I had already called 2 other companies. I got Window Source by mistake. I spoke with the secretary and she told me that they were not the company I was trying to reach. But their owner would be glad to come out and give me a quote. That sold me, (the owner coming out.) Don came to my house measured and gave me a price. He matched the competition. Boy, am I glad I chose Window Source. I brought 12 windows and before they finished putting in all of the windows, I could tell the difference from inside the house, I couldn't hear all of the outside noise as before. We had 4 windows installed by Window Source, today (two large picture windows and two standard windows). They look great! The windows came in earlier than expected and were installed in just a few hours. They look fantastic and they paint color is almost an exact match. After installed these 4, today, we have gone ahead and ordered two more! One more picture window and one standard window! Don is a pleasure to work with and goes the extra mile. I'm glad I called The Window Source. Don is very personable as well as knowledgeable about his profession. I was very impressed from our initial phone conversation all the way until the completion of the work. His demo and presentation was thorough and communication was always easy. The window order came in the amount of time advised and we were scheduled for an installation date immediately. The team arrived on time and the installation process was professional. I'm very happy with my new energy efficient windows. This is was an ideal experience.

I had the Memphis Window Source install 13 windows in my home last week. Don came to my home and showed us his windows. He was able to answer all our questions and took his time. We the day came to install our windows his crew was on time and on the job. It actually only took them about 7 hours and that included a lunch break. I was sure what to expect when they started taking out the windows so I covered some of my furniture and curtains because of all the pollen that was falling. To my surprise I didn't need to do that step. When the took out the window it was quickly replaced with the new one. The crew cleaned the area and left nothing behind. I'm sure there are still some cheaper windows and of course more expensive but if you are looking for a nice good window certainly let them come out and show you their windows. Will be using them again later to do some siding and gutters. Can't wait to see the impact on my utility bill when the summer heat hits.
