The Window Source

These windows exceeded my expectations by a 1000! I was sold on the windows because of Westons' knowledge of the product, and understanding my needs. He was able to reduce the options to a few that fit all my needs. The crew was amazing. There was no mess. They were professional and respectful of my time and property. And I can't say enough about the result! I now have 2 huge picture windows looking into my pasture where I used to have 4 windows with grids. The change in that view alone is unbelievable. But it is that way throughout my entire house. And even though I really didn't believe him that you won't feel heat coming through the windows, it is absolutely true. Even with this 100 degree Texas heat and sun you can stand next to the windows and not feel heat. And they block out the glaring sun and instead let the light come through that is so comforting. I was wanting to spend the money on my floors, but my husband talked me into spending it on the windows and I am so glad I did! I still don't think I have done them justice on how much of a difference these windows have made!

Recently, The Window Source of Rhode Island completed the installation of Gentek windows on our house. Our experience with this company was a positive one and stress free from the projects beginning until its completion. Fortunately, promises were made, and promises were kept. In today's society that says a lot about a company, considering the horror stories of other dishonest companies and their shady practices. The Window Source of Rhode Island and its owner Richard Puopolo completed the entire project to our satisfaction.

The process went smoothly from the initial estimate with Wayne Farina, Project Consultant to the final project inspection with Joe Carpenter, crew foreman. All of our questions were always answered clearly and completely.

Shortly after we signed the contract, Window Source called to schedule an appointment to measure each window to be replaced. Richard Puopolo arrived for the measurements but also took the time to answer any further questions. He assured us that his company and employees would professionally install each window according to Gentek Building Products Specifications.

As soon as the windows arrived from Gentek, Window Source called to schedule a date for the project. On the day of installation, Joe, Ryan, Tim, Jim and Dave showed up on time with all of the windows. They quickly set up their equipment and immediately started the process of replacing all of our windows. Each Window Source employee was polite at all times, respectful of our belongings and presented themselves as skilled professionals.

Richard Puopolo also arrived before the project was completed to check on the progress of the installation. He took the time to inspect some of the completed windows and insisted that we not let Joe leave the property until he explained the operation and care of our new windows. Joe not only provided us with clear instructions on the new windows but also took the time to inspect the whole project from inside and outside of our home. Finally, before leaving, Joe mentioned that if we had any further questions or concerns, we should call the Window Source Office.

After cleaning all the windows, we did find concerns about two of the windows. We called the office and arrangements were quickly made for a representative to come to our house to address our concerns. We were pleasantly surprised when Richard Puopolo arrived. He quickly confirmed that there were problems with the two windows. He took pictures of the windows and assured us that he would order the windows and replace the windows that we were concerned about.

The Window Source of RI's strong commitment to customer satisfaction is to be commended. Once again promises made, promises kept. We strongly recommend THE WINDOW SOURCE OF RI to anyone contemplating replacement widows.

Business has failed to deliver on contractual promises including not billing until job complete and no movement in correcting problem since 11/09/ Original deposit for our window order through Window Source NH was made 08/18/in the amount of $ Delivery was promised within 6-weeks Installation was not done until 11/- 11/09/ At that time, the installer made a notation on the form that one of the windows did not have the correct window screen and stated that it would be corrected within 3-weeks He took a picture of the warranty label Per the contract, final payment of $was to be charged to my credit card AFTER the installation was completed I contacted the company on/about 12/06/and spoke with [redacted] to inquire about status She stated she was unaware of the problem but would correct it Provided the warranty label information to her over the phone Requested that the company owner contact me Owner [redacted] did not retur

From the first contact to the finished job, everything was perfectThey are responsive, professional and provide quality products, The two installers were amazing and respectfulThey installed, kept everything clean as they went along, and when they left, you would have never known they were there (with the exception of beautiful windows)We received a lot for what we paid! My husband is more informed about glass than any of the people we had in to give us estimates (he holds multiple patents that are glass related), and The Window Source windows are just as good, if not better, than those costing and times as much

Skip....what can I say...what a great job he did...came out measure the window, it being in a mobile home that had the ancient crank handle to open and close, hadn't worked in decades, it was a special order because of it'd pre-historic size...got it ordered, installed it after reframing the wall around it..came out very nice, answered a follow up question we had very promptly..The price was VERY reasonable and DIDN'T charge me for the follow up visitHis word and his work are nothing but impeccableThanks Skip!! Again GREAT JOB!!

Fantastic Company and true to their word! The crew was so professional and polite We had our entire house of windows done and it only took days The quality of these windows are amazing and we couldn't be happier! Don't pay the high price that other companies want This is the real deal!
