The Wine Junkie

I purchased an item online for my husbands birthday from Wine Junkie on Dec 17. They did not give a tracking number. I called them requesting a tracking number as I did not receive the merchandise. The call went to voicemail. I called numerous times, texted,emailed. Finally they replied they would contact their vender to find an answer. After that no response and no more replies. I have never received the merchandise. I refuted the charges with my credit card company. The vender claims the charge is valid. Since I have supporting documentation, I find they are very distrustful. Do not buy from this website!
