I bought a pair of earbuds-- when they arrived, they were broken Calls to customer service line and emails were not returned I tried to send the broken pair back to the only address I could find on their website, and I was never sent a working pair Company is basically a scam

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this companyNot only are they offering inferior products on their website and advertisement, they have some of the worst customer service that I have experiencedI ordered a "certified charger and data cable for my iPhoneWhen I got it in the mail it worked for about days, it then began to stop working at random timesMy phone would suddenly display "This cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliably with this iPhone" and would stop chargingI sent an email asking them for an "RMA"Instead of responding I got an email stating that a new cable was being shippedOK, sounds great right? NoI got the cord in the mail with a packing slip that had "tested before shipping" written on itAgain, this cord worked for about days before the same thing started happening againFinally, out of frustration I emailed them back asking them why they falsely advertise their products online and asking for a full refund, I also attached an image of the error message I had been receiving on my phoneI then received a very sassy message back from them stating that it must be my charger and that I should go to an apple storeA second email came almost right after stating word for word "By the way, this was delivered almost a month ago to you, the second replacement that isSince we took your word on the first." (It had been days since I had received the replacement cord by the way)I then responded to them stating that it was not my charger because my cord that came with my iPhone still charges my phone perfectly with the charger (I am not stupid when it comes to technology wirelessboys) and I had tried the cord on a second chargerA few more sassy emails back and forth with them telling me over and over that they sent me a second cord free of charge after taking my word that the first one did not work (do they want a gold star for that?)I stood my ground and pointed out that I never asked for a replacement cord, just a refund and received one last sassy message:
"I just issued a refund to you I am very convinced it is not the cord but probably the charger (there can also be other causes but most common outside of the cord is going to the be the charger you are plugging the cord into) Please keep both cords and a refund will be processed for the cord back onto your card It is not worth the hassle, we are sorry you are convinced it is the cord but a refund is being processed without you returning the cord."
I'm so sorry that those boys have such an inflated ego that they cannot admit when their product does not workPay retail, avoid the headache

I ordered a 6 ft USB charging cable for my iPhone 6, with a white wall USB plug from TheWirelessBoys. The order came on time, and included a free car charger. The wall plug worked, the car charger worked, but the 6 ft charging cord did NOT work. I tried it on my phone, on a friend's phone, and tried changing the wall plug. Nothing worked. The cord was not working. I emailed them about it. Instead of sending a written apology, they just sent me an email letting me know that a replacement cord was being sent. I received the cord, which looked completely different than the one I ordered, and it is only 3 ft long. I plugged my phone in and it seemed to work, so I didn't say anything about it. However, now that I have used it a few times, I am noticing that my phone is not charging with it anymore. It no longer works with my phone, or any iphone 6 that I plug into it. I will not be shopping with this company again. I have included my ordering info with all 3 order numbers (not sure why they assigned 3 different ordering numbers). Review: I received an email from this company on May [redacted] stating that my order had been shipped. On May [redacted] the package from The Wireless Boys Online arrived with only half of the product I ordered (and no note indicating the remainder of the order would be shipped separately). The invoice clearly stated the parts I did order, but did not match the products inside the package. The website also says it's an authorized dealer by the Revdex.com (I can offer a screen shot of the website if needed). The Revdex.com website states "THIS BUSINESS IS NOT Revdex.com ACCREDITED."Desired Settlement: 1 - I would like to receive the remainder of my order. 2 - I would like this website to be held accountable if they are falsifying the information and stating they are an authorized dealer by the Revdex.com when in fact they are not.

Review: I ordered and paid for a 6' long charging cord for an iPhone 6. I was sent a 3' cord. I emailed customer service and the reply was why did I wait so long to report. It was part of a Christmas gift and was not opened until Christmas. Then they wanted pictures of the packing and receipt which I provided. That wasn't good enough and they asked for a photo of the small clear unidentifiable plastic band which unfortunately I could not provide. I asked to either be credited the difference or to send me a return voucher so I could return the item and exchange for the correct item. Now customer service refuses to respond. This is no customer service!Desired Settlement: Exchange or full refund including shipping charges

Review: I requested an RMA number in order to return a product I purchased. Thewirelessboysonline have ignored my repeated return requests even though I was compliant with their return policy.Desired Settlement: I want to return the product I ordered and get a full refund.
