another brand new screen. Did full check list on device and everything is working. If customer is having an issue with his screen he would need to bring it in for a warranty replacement and bring his receipt. No screen makes a phone glitch, it would be considered a faulty part, which happens occasionally. When a warranty is done we provide customer with a new part for free but they must pay techs labor.
