Review: I purchased a warranty protection plan on 12/5/2013 with this business. I received an email on 3/15 that I was "no longer a member of [redacted] as your online retailer cancelled your Device Protection as of 12/31/13." I replied to the email asking to be credited back the charges that were automatically debited for the months I did not have service. I also included screen shots of bank statements showing the charges debited on 12/6/2013, 1/6/2014, 2/5/2014, and 3/5/2014. I then contacted the business via phone number on 3/19/2014 at 9:30 AM EST via the phone number provided in the email and received an automated message the business was not open and then was disconnected.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded a total of $39.96 for the months I have been billed during the cancelled contract.

Review: They have charged my account twice $4.99 and I have never heard of this company. I have tried multiple times to contact them with no answer. I have waited for longer than a hour to talk to someone. Now I am having to cancel my card and account and report it as fraud. I read multiple things on lines about this company being aa scam.Desired Settlement: This company should be shut down and owner charged with fraud. Also would like my money back. 4,99 times two and $50 for NSF since I dont use this account often
