Review: Signed up online with their U-Sell website to sell my old iPhone to one of their bidders, Wireless Warehouse. Went through process, received their PREPAID envelope, packaged my phone in the packing they sent and dropped it off at the local Post Office in [redacted].

Mysteriously, the package never made it to [redacted], so therefore the company will not pay me the $105 for the item. They did not pay for insurance on the pre-paid packaging they sent and I could not ADD insurance to a pre-paid package at the post office unless I started a brand new transaction which I would then have had to pay for and possibly violate the terms of Wireless Warehouse and USELL.

Now, I am out an iPhone which sells for around $500 brand new.Desired Settlement: Send me a replacement phone, iPhone 4, 32GB or the cash value to purchase a new one.

Review: I sold my [redacted] to The Wireless Warehouse with the assumption that I was to receive 60$ for my [redacted]. A few days later I received an email saying that they were only going to offer 2$ instead of the originally discussed 60$ stated that it was due to "missing original parts". I thought that this was odd due to the fact that my phone was in flawless condition other than the informed water damage. I thought that maybe it was because I had the "[redacted] techs" at a local [redacted] store replace the battery. So I "declined" the $2 and agreed to have my phone returned to me. When I received my package a few days later that was supposed to be my phone, I was furious when I opened the package and it was an [redacted] that was is terrible condition, the screen was cracked and it had lots of physical damage. I emailed the company right away and they are insistent that the phone they returned belonged to me. There was a cable and a charger that were mine but the [redacted] is not. I have proof that they phone I received is not mine. I have the ESN number from the [redacted] account in which the phone is linked to and it will not match this broken phone.Desired Settlement: I would like to either receive the 60$ that was originally quoted to me or receive MY phone back with the matching correct ESN number.
