Review: I have religiously paid this organization back for a loan. They had a ridiculous adjustable rate after 12 months, from $179/month to almost $1000. I told them we needed to lower the payments, so we renegotiated over many months as they were nearly impossible to get a hold of. I have email proof that I tried to make good faith payments, but they were never accepted. During this process, I was reported to collections. Since then, I have made payments of over $500/monthly, and still have received huge punishment on my credit from WWBIC. I called to try to get them to forgive the months that were not paid, but they were very rude and hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I want them to contact the credit bureau and inform them that we were in a negotiation process, which is why payments were not made. And that WWBIC would like the negative credit dispute to be erased from my credit history.
