Review: Below I have sent a copy of the original request for a refund that I emailed to the Wisdom show last week, now I am writing the Revdex.com to try to collect the refund since I never heard back from the company, thank you for your help.

I ordered Dreamwork on November 20, 2013, I had problems getting into the Dreamwork website so I call a phone number for technical support and left a message, a nice woman named [redacted] called me back and spent some time with me on the phone and I was able to view my first video and assignment and get started; when the second video came to my email box it took me a few tries to get in but I watched it once, I tried a few times to get back in and watch it again but I couldn't, then when the third email came to let me know the third video was ready I tried to get in and have continued to try and it just won't work...the message on my screen is always the same and it reads: Services unavailable, too many IP addresses accessing one secure area, please contact support. Just so we are clear, I am not having any problems with any other sites or my computer.
I am writing to ask you to either refund my credit card or send me a check, (please let me know which it will be), this program just does not work well enough for me to continue, the mechanics are no where near adequate, I am sorry for the inconvenience to you but I feel that I have been more than fair. Thank you, [redacted].

My son passed away a week ago, so I have been unable to deal with normal
business in as timely a fashion as usual. I am issuing a refund.
Review: Customer Service Issues/Guarantee Or Warranty Issues:The offering wasn't aligned with descriptive. Requested a refund on 16, 20, 21 and 26 August. Seller stated that a refund was issued on 16 August and on 22 August "Sorry it did not go through. Will check on it and send it." No contact since. A refund has yet to be issued.Desired Settlement: Refund in the amount of $97.00
