I bought 8 SnapUp shelves sold by a company advertising on FaceBook called The WishList. The shelves arrived from China, 4 in each of 2 plastic sacks fastened by plastic shipping tape. The cartons for the shelves were crumpled, and the shelves themselves failed to perform as advertised. They are shown in video on Facebook as being held in a corner by pressure created by flipping a switch on the underside. The WishList sent me an email with a discount code for further purchases, but failed to respond to my emails complaining about the state of the packaging and the failure to perform. I wrote to the distributor whose name was on each carton, Hampton Direct. Hampton Direct said this product, having arrived from China, had made unauthorized use of their images and trademark. The items were charged to my PayPal account under the name Wonghaus Enterprises, LLC. I searched Facebook for both the WishList and Wonghaus pages and found the product on both of them. I believe I am the victim of false advertising and defective products, and want my money refunded, $118.21.
