My experience with this company has been a nightmareThe only way to contact them is via email, or through the websiteI sent several messages over the course of two weeks and received no responseI finally got a response from someone which in no way answered my initial questions or addressed my concernsI also tried to leave a comment on their Facebook page to share my experience with other potential customersLooked back a little while later and they had deleted they commentI ended up having to file a claim with my bank disputing the chargesExtremely poor customer serviceDisgusting business practicesI will not be recommending them to anyone

At the beginning of 2016 I signed up for a monthly subscription to the The Wod Box from their [redacted] page. I had no issues until September 2016. I was charged for the September box however was later told that they ran out of product. I emailed them and asked what would be the outcome since I was charged for Septembers box. On 9/27/16, Brian C** emailed me and stated "That would mean your payment would go towards the October box but we will see what we can do to get that fixed and still send the September WOD Box." Well, that didn't happen. After several emails and [redacted] messages, they continued to ignore me and delete any negative feedback that I posted on their [redacted]. They then, charged my bank account for the October Box as well. I repeatedly asked for a refund and to cancel my subscription due to their lack of customer service. Finally, I received an email back from Brian C** on 10/17/16 stating "Thanks for getting in touch, we are sorry to hear about the confusion here, we do have an October box headed out to you, we have refunded your extra payment and cancelled your plan as requested. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. We are very sorry about that issue." They did, indeed, refund me Septembers payment and cancel my subscription. However I never received the October box that I was charged for. I have since emailed them several times explaining to them that I never received that October Box and for them to refund that payment back to me. Yet they continue to ignore me. I'd really like my money back and or at least the October box that Brian said he was sending me. Both would be great for having to put up with such customer service.
