I had this business install an engineered wood floor Three months later the edges started to pop up They came and investigated but did not share their conclusion of what was the causeThey repaired the damage Then one year later it started doing it again When a person from the store came out he said that the humidity was not high enough in my house for the winter and my floor was dry cupping If that information had been shared a year ago the problem could have been remedied and I would not be having a problem againThis is the first time I have had a wood floor and information on the proper care(that the humidity had to be extremely high) would have been nice especially after it happened the first time I could have totally avoided the present problem
