Review: I have multiple complaints on this location from billing to customer service. I went with 2 other people one night and we paid with 2 credit cards and made a note and also pointed out to the server how we wanted the bill split. The bill ended up being split incorrectly and we told her again how to do it and it wasn't until the next day that I was notified by my friend that her card had been charged three times instead of just once. I went to the location on July 12 to get my bill handled, the first bartender I spoke with made fun of me to my face and then mocked me a few feet away while talking to the general manager. The GM ([redacted]) was condescending to me and said that mistakes happen in the service industry and that I was clearly an unforgiving person that didn't understand customer service or how a business was run. He wouldn't let me finish a sentence and interrupted me continuously by talking over me and telling me that I was apparently not able to grasp how a business was run. He said 'do you think I should just forgive a $30 bill that my server screwed up to salvage a customer? whatever!' and he also stated that one way or the other the bill was going to get paid but he wasn't going to punish his server or the business for mistakes that we should have notice as customers. I asked him to retrieve my bill so that I could leave and when he went to the back he stopped a server, gestured towards me, and made a nasty face and rolled his eyes. When he returned he showed me the charge of $31.12. He went to the POS system and brought back a bill for $36. I asked if he was kidding and he went back to get the right price - I signed and told him that I spent my birthday there and that I would never bring my business back and because of this huge mistake I would not be tipping. He looked around and stuck his arms out and says 'Whatever! Does it look like I need your business?' Two days later there was a charge for $42 on my bankcard - he had added in a tip.Desired Settlement: I would like a formal apology from the owners of The Beachwood and The Wood Group, Inc. regarding this experience. I tried to get information to speak with the owners and the manager said he would not to give me any way to contact them. I would like to see someone also look into other instances and reports that tips are added to bills by the servers and bartenders. I didn't have the chance, due to space limitations to detail how rudely I was treated by the GM on both occasions
