I am rejecting this response because: the first mirror was sent back and is sitting at their local post office and I told them this in an emailAfter I sent the first mirror back, I asked for a refund since it took so long to get responses from themI have no merchandise from them in my possession Then without even asking me they sent me an email that says another mirror is on its wayI responded promptly and told them I never requested another mirror and had told them I ended up buying a mirror from the dealership because it was dangerous wasting time not having it on my carSo when the second mirror arrived I refused the package (there is no tracking number for this since the post office just takes it back)I don't know why they would send me another mirror without telling or asking me if I wanted to exchangeHere is the tracking number for the first mirror which apparently is still at their post office and this is where they told me to mail the return: [redacted] ** Arrived on October 17, [redacted] ***I have a thread from our coorspondance from PayPal where Glassrack said they would refund me among other emails that support what I've said in this emailThis company has been extremely poor with communication and I've never had this much trouble with another company ever

Hi [redacted] ,I just wanted to let you know that I wrote Glassrack an email yesterday telling them I would still pursue my refund even though the Revdex.com investigation was closedThey ended up refunding me this morning through PayPal.Just wanted to let you know and wanted to thank you for helping

Business stated” When I looked online to the USPS Tracking site it states"The Postal Service could not locate the tracking information for your requestPlease verify your tracking number and try again later." When I tried to look up the package that was refused it stated the same thingI believe that USPS is doing a system update due to the holidayPlease re-submit your tracking number for verification

I am rejecting this response because: They are liarsThey didn't refund it until I called and called and finally got through on the 28th then they refunded it on the 30th!!!! It took different times until they finally refunded itThey kept lying to
me through email saying it was on its way so I would wait a few days then contact themI don't think I was unreasonable on timelineThey are sleezeballsI understand refunds can take a few days but they had my product for months and didn't call me back when I left messages so I lost my nicenessThey shouldn't be in businessLiars and if I didn't push and push AND contact *** they wouldn't have refunded it!!! Thanks to *** they sided with meI do not accept ther response because it was not the correct day and I can show you on my *** account and emails I received from the caseOthers need to know how they do business and they should remain in business

I am writing to let you know that shortly after I received an email from you that my case was closed due to the business - GlassRach.net -  not responding to your communication, I tried once more to reach out prior to throwing out the paperwork. I not only got a reply to my email this time,...

they have since refunded me the money via Paypal.  I wanted to let you know the issue has finally been resolved after 8 months.  Thank you for your help with this.  Please let me know if you can go ahead and put in that it has been resolved or if that has to come from me.Sincerely[redacted]
