In the years that I lived in these apartments, there were different managements to come inThe ones running it now are, by far, the worstRent increased every single year and the apartment itself got progressively worseI made multiple attempts to have maintenance fix various issues but nothing was ever resolved I received a letter stating I owed them $for leaving trash bags on my balcony and I left holes in the walls, neither of which are trueSince current management took over, people are moving out of these apartments like crazyAnother negative review I saw within a week on mine on their Facebook page said they were also charged for having the same exact number of holes in their wallsI contacted the president, executive vice president, director of compliance, and the vice president of operations in an attempt to have this issue resolved and no one ever contacted me backI am filing a complaint with the Revdex.com as well as the Attorney General for the threats they have made against my credit history over charges that are falseThey clearly do not care about their tenants and I will not stop in warning people of their bad business practices

Rent increased every single year and the apartment itself got progressively worse. I made multiple attempts to have maintenance fix various issues but nothing was ever resolved. I received a letter stating I owed them $122 for leaving 10 trash bags on my balcony and I left 56 holes in the walls, neither of which are true. Since current management took over, people are moving out of these apartments like crazy. Another negative review I saw within a week on mine on their Facebook page said they were also charged for having the same exact number of holes in their walls. I contacted the president, executive vice president, director of compliance, and the vice president of operations in an attempt to have this issue resolved and no one ever contacted me back. I am filing a complaint with the Revdex.com as well as the Attorney General for the threats they have made against my credit history over charges that are false. They clearly do not care about their tenants and I will not stop in warning people of their bad business practices.
