Good Morning [redacted] ,I would like to respond regarding [redacted] 's complaintShe moved in August 1, 2014, and since then we have had a few issues with her, not her husbandShe has put in several work orders, all completedBecause she was so unhappy here, our management team agreed to give her a non-renewalIf someone is as unhappy as she made it sound we feel it is best the resident moves out because we were unable to keep her happyNow that she is moving out, an apartment sent over a rental verificationI'm not sure if you are familiar with the questions on a rental verification, but there are certain ones such as: how many times was the resident lateHas this resident threatened you or a co-workerHas eviction been filed, so on and so forthWe answered honestly with [redacted] being late 3x out of the months she was hereWe never filed an eviction, but stated she was given a non-renewal, and now the apartments denied her for this reasonWe still have a copy of the rental verificatiit needs to be sent, we can do thisPlease let me know if you need anymore information and I will be happy to assist you.Thank you kindly, [redacted]

If someone is as unhappy as she made it sound we feel it is best the resident moves out because we were unable to keep her happy. Now that she is moving out, an apartment sent over a rental verification. I'm not sure if you are familiar  with the questions on a rental verification, but there are certain ones such as: how many times was the resident late. Has this resident threatened you or a co-worker. Has eviction been filed, so on and so forth. We answered honestly with [redacted] being late 3x out of the 12 months she was here. We never filed an eviction, but stated she was given a non-renewal, and now the apartments denied her for this reason. We still have a copy of the rental verification-if it needs to be sent, we can do this. Good Morning,I am not sure how much more needs to be done with [redacted]. They are no longer residents at our community! She and her husband went to a different property and moved in. Our owner will not pay the application fees she lost during the application process to the other apartments. Everything stated on the rental application that caused them to be denied is true. We still have a copy if it needs to be provided.Thank you.
