In response to Complaint # [redacted] filed by [redacted] on 9/16/2016:The matter has been resolved.Mr [redacted] has been deceitful in trying to receive an undeserved refund He has used threats of legal action and now has used the Revdex.com as a weapon His report of the matter is untruthful, as he was allowed hours to inspect the artwork to make sure that it was an original watercolor, not a poster He purchased according to our written terms and conditions and was aware that we do not guarantee authenticity on any sale, but is using a doubt of authenticity as the reason for demanding a refund He has wasted our time and resources to a point that we did grant a refund rather than incur further damage.-- [redacted] ***Painting Conservator & AuctioneerClean Oil Paintingsat The Woodshed Gallery [redacted] , MA ***###-###-####
