First, I would like to apologizeIt's unfortunate that a misunderstanding has gone so farIn the case of Miss [redacted] of [redacted] ***, what has transpired more than anything I feel is lack of understandingWe simply gave her what she asked for Our company builds Mobile Web Apps/sites, Reputation Management, Otext messaging, etcMiss [redacted] received exactly what she asked us to build herConcerning this "negative review" that she claims we posted on [redacted] about her business it was indeed our REPUTATION MANAGEMENT system working for herSomeone wrote a negative review of [redacted] on [redacted] and Miss [redacted] received an ***matic alert via email from The Woolbright Group's Rep Management system notifying her of this reviewThis system allows [redacted] to receive a report within hours directly to her E-mail so she can correct, respond, and review any and all reviews posted about [redacted] on [redacted] in a timely mannerShe claims that someone from TWG posted this negative review but it is falseIt is very sad and unfortunate that she simply will not listen or hear anyone to let us explain how her Rep Management works and did exactly what she wanted it to doWe sincerely wish her and her company the bestBased on Miss [redacted] request for a refund for no apparent reason other than simply wanting oneWe were willing to give her a refund at a prorated amount based on the account work which we had already completed for herIt was not based on our personal checking accountWe can't work for freeAs every business owner knowsWe sincerely wish her and her company the best and we hope that they receive better reviews in the future from their clientsAnd not attempt to say that we, TWG, are responsible for themTWG simply provided her a system that allows her to be notified of her reviews in a timely mannerThey are automatic emails that are prompted from an email generator branded by The Woolbright Group

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:it is ridiculous the email I received was from your website in which you had my email address as one of your contactsAlso if I was so computer savvy then there would've been no need to hire you to make a website and a mobile app that link to it and to our customers.The court date is currently set in [redacted] County court for May against the Woolbright group in order to try to receive a refund and to have them remove their negative comments from the Internet.Since they do not want to take responsibility for their actions or admit to any wrongdoing it will be up to a judge to decide.all of this documentation will be displayed in court along with everything up until this point Regards, [redacted]

RevDex.com: I have received my refund today, 5-13-15, and it was mailed out on 5-8-15. That's only 22 days after they said they'd refund my money, and 1 day after I submitted my complaint. I just want to thank the BBB for your assistance in this matter, if it wasn't for you I'm not sure I would've seen a refund. All I can say is this business has extremely poor communication with the people they call customers. All I can say is beware of this company Regards, [redacted]

If you are a business reading this then you know that *** does not alert you when a review is written(you see the review when you do)Her review by *** *** under *** *** on *** she says was written by usAgain this is our Reputation Management System that allows her to receive an ***matic report within hours of any review whether good or bad is written about her businessOf course this works, she took a picture and showed it to youIf anyone has a business we would be more than happy to set you up with a temporary Reputation Management System for free and then when someone writes a review, at around p.mthe next day you will receive an automatic E-mail report from ***thewoolbrightgroup.com giving you the details of that reviewObviously, it works Miss *** has proved that for usNow if she was not alerted she could say our Rep Management doesn't workBut she herself has provided documentation in her first statement (please look at the photo she posted) and remember *** does not alert youAlso her mobile website is still available along with her QR codes and a few other things etcwhich by the way is time stamped so if anyone would like to see that let us knowShe also has all the E-mails letting her know that everything is available and created and how to proceedIf she says she has not received them then we also have time stamped E-mails that show otherwiseThere were a few other things she was going to get back with us on that she wanted us to do for her and she never didEven after we attempted to contact her several times to get the necessary information for some of the changes she never respondedIn fact she even set up a time for me to visit her location to speak with her for a second meeting (other than the initial meeting) I went and she was not thereI spoke to her Manager ***He let me know that she would call me to come back because she was not feeling well that dayWell, the call never came and because of that everything remains intact as isWe have not deleted or destroyed anything we have it on file here along with her website redirect code( which did not want to implement until the changes she was going to send us were added) but again those changes never came and were never sent to us. Also, in her first statement she stated that I own the companyAgain, we have documentation proving that *** Woolbright does not own The Woolbright Group Ltd and is not listed as a co-owner in any way shape or formIf you would like to see this proven documentation we are more than happy to show youWith a little bit of research you will see the the owner if TWG is not *** Woolbright We in no way want to hurt *** ***'s or *** ***'s reputationWe wish their business the best of luckWe are simply responding to their complaintWe wish them great success

We wish you the best in all your endeavors. If  [redacted] does not understand by now what an automated System report is then I'm  afraid there is nothing we can do to help her understand. It has already been explained to her. For anyone reading this," if someone wrote a negative review about you and you didn't know about it, unless I told you, it does not mean that we said it" The Woolbright Group only notified her via an automated message alert sent out via our company's automated sytem. As stated before we are more than willing to discuss a prorated refund but there is absolutely nothing we can do about the review. Again we do wish [redacted] the best.

Concerning this "negative review" that she claims we posted on [redacted] about her business it was indeed our REPUTATION MANAGEMENT system working for her. Someone wrote a negative review of  [redacted] on [redacted] and Miss [redacted] received an [redacted]matic alert via email from The Woolbright Group's Rep Management system notifying her of this review. This  system allows [redacted]  to receive a report within 24 hours directly to her E-mail so she can correct, respond, and review any and all reviews posted about [redacted] on [redacted] in a timely manner. I am rejecting this response because:there is no automated system we were told the first two times we confronted them about the situation that we did it ourselves we sent the emails to ourselves and that they could prove it by tracking the email addresses. Whether or not they remove the negative comments they placed online has nothing to do with the refund we requested from them both verbally and in writing in December 2014 we are set to go to court with themon May 21 at 1:15 PM please leave this complaint open until the judge decides what should be done
