Review: I purchased work pants for my son at The Works on June 18, 2016. They did not have his size in stock. They were to be sent to [redacted], CA 95223. My son never received them. I paid the bill in full by my debit card of over $200.00 the day I purchased them. It is their invoice 3028 which indicates "Paid in Full". I continued to follow up at the store. I got nothing but excuses - that they were mailed to the wrong address and allegedly, they were resent from San Francisco. I asked for a tracking ticket number or proof of shipment which I never received. I still have not received credit back. Their customer service is very unprofessional. I ended up buying pants at another store and had them shipped with no problem. I want my money back or my account credited.Desired Settlement: I want my debit account credited or money back. However, I do not trust that they would credit by debit account.
